I am interested in photography and capturing images that are precious, personal and nostalgic to me. My photographs are of my local area and from my everyday life, I like to record interesting views or arrangements and keep them for myself to remember.

As an artist I am process led, I have developed my photographs further by using print making. The humble technique of Print  involves a lot of processes- from drawing out initial images and then transforming them into relief drawings. I enjoy Lino cut relief printing, and feel that the pieces of lino used to transfer the image is a piece of art in itself as the pieces have been carefully carved. I also use etching and dry-point as a way of preserving a line drawing onto the plate used to print.
